I am a seasoned local investor in the AIRBNB space.  I wanted to do a major renovation and add a two-story addition to a home I had purchased a few years back.  After meeting with a few contractors that advised me to tear the home down, I met with Paul and Doris who actually listened and heard me out and agreed to take on my vision for the project. I must say I was completely blown away by the details that Doris provided to my architect that ultimately gave the space a better feel for the end users.  I now enjoy a successful AIRBNB and many neighbors tell me all the time I have the best home on the block!  I definitely will be using PDM on my next renovation!
